A clearer way around your wallet.

Currencies, networks, receiving addresses, and the details that make a difference.

Match the currency and the network

A token can exist on more than one network. The currency and network on the sending side must match the receiving details shown in your wallet. If a method requires a memo or destination tag, it is part of the destination too. Never use an address copied from an old guide or a support message.

Check availability first

Your wallet is the source for currently available methods, amounts, and receiving details. Payment providers may have their own availability, fees, and verification requirements. Only use a method marked available in your wallet. Review its currency, network, and receiving details before sending funds.

Follow the transaction

Opening a payment provider or returning from its checkout does not itself confirm a deposit. Use your wallet history to follow the recorded status. When contacting support, share the transaction reference, currency, and network. Never share a wallet seed phrase, private key, password, or full card number.
